Technical Debug Diagnostics


The POSGreen application includes a remote technical debugger for support staff to investigate problems. It provides a web interface to the built in debuggers and support tools to assist support staff. The technical debugger is accessed over HTTP so you do not need to remote into a computer to access it.

Technical Debug

Technical debug provides access to two tools, the users Self Help screen which is a simple support tool for end users, and also a technical debugger which provides a more technical range of tools for IT staff.

Requirements

  1. Version P2109 or higher
  2. HTTP access to the lane.
  3. CORS enabled within the POS setup
  4. Support staff require any modern web browser

Technical debug tools evolve seperate to the version of POS.
